Kimi's source their Oyster's, Fish & Seafood directly from Seattle, Prime & Wagu Beef from Snake River Farms in Idaho, Morgan Valley Lamb along with numerous other locally-owned small farmers and cheese artisans. What isn't new about this restaurant concept is local restaurateur, Kimi Eklund and her long time Chef, Matt Anderson. With superior quality restaurants under their belts, "Absolute! Restaurant, Dijon Bistro Provencal and Kimi's Mountainside Bistro" this new culinary delight is their best hit ever!
